To round out the cooktop we’ve included one Ultra-High™ burner delivering 23K BTUs of pure cooking power for better searing and quick stir-frying, while one Ultra-Low™ Burner simmers down to maintain temperatures as low as 100° to prepare delicate sauces and sugary confections. In the oven below, you’ll find a spacious 6.3 cu. ft. capacity oven combining steam and convection cooking for gourmet results.
