The Pure-Rite 20-2500GC1 20" Activated Carbon GAC Filter Cartridge is granular activated coconut carbon water filter cartridge used to reduce the bad taste and odor of chlorine in whole house filtration systems. This Pure-Rite 20" GAC Filter can also be used for a variety of low-flow applications such as under sink, countertop, pre/post-reverse osmosis filtration systems, ice makers, refrigerators and single-pot coffee brewers. This filter may also be used in some humidifying systems, recreational vehicle filtration systems, and food service applications. This Pure-Rite 20-2500GC1 GAC Filter should be replaced after 5000 gallons or 12 months in order to maintain optimum performance.
